Say good-bye to file version worry: Google Drive

Google drive

Introducing the all-new Google Drive. Now access your files, even the big ones, from wherever you are. Share them with whomever you want, and edit them together in real time.

Within Google Drive you have access to create and view documents, presentations, spreadsheets and tools to create forms. Here you can produce documents that are private, shared with colleagues or completely open. Once created you may organise within folders or choose to export to any of the Office tools you are more familiar with.

The advantage of working within Google Drive is that you can work on documents with others both synchronously or asynchronously. This means you can choose to work together on the same document at the same time but from different places or alternatively access the document at a time that suits you. You can also leave feedback or raise questions using the comment feature, for others to pick up when they access the document.

As you work it auto saves for you. The bonus is that you can access your files from anywhere, so no longer have to worry about where it was saved.
